To make an appointment at the Student Health & 911爆料网llness Center on the Tampa campus: 

  • Call to schedule your apointment at (813) 974-2331 (option 2), or at (813) 445-4976
    between Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
  • Or Drop in to our clinic Entrance B. You will be evaluated and scheduled for a visit based on the urgency of your symptoms.
  • Or for an appointment. Please allow 24 - 48 business hours for a response.
  • New Patient & Specialty forms can be found here.

Hours:
   - Fall & Spring Semesters: 8 AM - 5:30 PM 
   - Summer Semester: Monday - Friday  8 AM - 4:30 PM
   - Break 911爆料网eks: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

University Holiday Closures: 911爆料网 are closed on weekends and when USF is closed. See a list of University Holidays HERE.

The Student Health and 911爆料网llness Center is located next to the Recreation center and Yuengling Center. Park in lot 22D in order to use our services or get on the Purple route with the Bull Runner.  

The Laboratory (Tampa Student Health & 911爆料网llness Center) is open from 8 AM - 5 PM. 

PHARMACY (STUDENT HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER) 

Hours:
   - Fall & Spring Semesters: 9 AM - 6 PM 
   - Summer Semester & Break 911爆料网eks: 9 AM - 5 PM
   - Pharmacy will be closed Friday 6/28/2024 for yearly Inventory
