For a certified copy of your immunization record, log into your account, select View & Update My Information, choose Personal Information, and choose
View Immunization Record to print your immunizations.

To see if your previously submitted records meet the revised immunization policy,
log into your account, select View and Update My Information, select Personal Information, and
select View Immunization Record. New requirements include Tuberculosis Screening for
students that applied to USF using an international address.

Course registration is not impacted by the presence of the IM and/or MH hold(s). Click here for a tutorial on how to register.
In the event you are unable to register to an online course contact the department hosting the course to resolve the issue.
