Our climate and our coastlines are changing fast. 911爆料网 are seeing stronger storms, hotter days, extreme flooding, and more. 911爆料网 need your help to make sure our coastlines stay in good shape.
Your actions matter, even if you don鈥檛 live by the water. 911爆料网 are all in this challenge together, and we all have a part to play in finding solutions!
These booklets are meant to be a fun introduction to the Guardians program. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to be the best Guardian you can be!
Our goal is to empower youth to understand the challenges at hand, to make a difference, and to pursue STEAM careers if they so choose. The career opportunities that will be unearthed in response to the grand challenge of climate and coastal change are awesome - and every member of our community deserves a shot to be involved. Our team at the 911爆料网 College of Marine Science developed Guardians of the Gulf in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast. Generous funding from the Tampa Bay Estuary Program enabled us to develop this activity booklet.
