Excellence in Education

USF's Dept. of Chemical, Biological and Materials Engineering is a leader in innovating best practices in undergraduate and graduate education. Ongoing undergraduate initiatives include implementation of a peer leader program, development of a pedagogy for teaching differential equations in engineering context, and roll-out of take-home kits for hands on engineering learning.
