Mission

Our objective is to collectively leverage the resources of the University of South Florida鈥檚 Racial Justice Initiative and vital community partners in the Tampa Bay region to undertake communityengaged research, delving into critical issues that advance racial justice. 911爆料网 aspire to generate pioneering, evidencebased solutions that foster sustainable solutions and equitable frameworks.鈥�

Core Objectives

1. Seek and collaborate with organizations actively involved in impactful initiatives that promote racial justice. 

2. Gather research to formulate solutions grounded in evidence. 

3. Acknowledge and collaborate with community members as co-contributors in mutually beneficial partnerships. 

4. Embrace and cultivate proactive approaches that acknowledge the diverse and interlocking identities of Black people and experiences.

Vision

1. Establish enduring and tangible research-based programs that directly respond to needs identified by the community. 

2. Leverage research to examine existing programs and pinpoint areas for improvement in addressing racial injustice. 

3. Increase accessibility to university resources to demonstrate the meaningful contributions of an AAU (Association of American Universities) institution in ways that positively benefit local communities.
