The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting program, in partnership with Hands On USF (HOUSF) and sponsored by the Educational Interpreter Project (EIP), hosted its annual Faces of the Future community networking event.

Soon-to-be graduates networked with ASL professionals at the Faces of the Future event .

Designed to connect soon-to-be graduates with local employers and professionals in the Tampa Bay area, the event offered meaningful guidance into launching a career in the interpreting field after graduation.

Highlights from the Faces of the Future networking event included opportunities for students to engage with community members in ASL, an alumni panel discussion, and a hands-on workshop on deliberate practice. Through these interactive sessions, students gained practical tools and guidance to confidently take the next steps in their professional journey.
